I'm Jónas Tryggvi Stefánsson, a coach, yoga teacher, cacao facilitator, computer scientist, and ISTA practitioner - among being a human, a student of this earth. I'm also a new student of AWE's Ecstatic Mysticism program. I specialize in helping individuals transcend societal constraints and achieve personal growth. My interests include trust, responsibility, accountability, relationships, communication, and more. Through my media, Betra Box and Box Breaker Jonas, I guide people in developing self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and holistic well-being.
