I am a biotechnologist by education, but for as long as I can remember I have always been interested in everything related to spirituality.
This is the reason why I combine knowledge with wisdom.
In my practice, I try to combine psychological approaches to understand the processes occurring in different states of consciousness.
I help people who are going through kundalini awakening,
spiritual emergency,
difficulties associated with working in expanded states of consciousness.
My tools are:
Meditation, Holotropic breathing, Behavioral Therapy &
Reconstruction of the ceremonies of ancient Slavs and Celts.
During this year's edition of Wild Love, I will lead morning Metta meditations - loving-kindness meditation.
I will also be available as a psychological emergency service for people who, for various reasons, need to integrate their experiences during the festival or will experience other mental difficulties.
Remember that working with sexual energy, kundalini, and bodywork, just like other methods, can lead to mystical and holotropic experiences that require support.
I am here to help you connect with your inner healer so that you can safely experience the abundance of love during Wild Love.
Help us and take responsibility for yourself, ask for help whenever you feel you need it. Take care of your emotions and well-being.

Metta Meditation Workshop
While most meditations act as a balm for the mind, metta loving-kindness meditation is a balm for the heart - it soothes negative emotions, fills the meditator with love and kindness, and has a powerful positive power to transform our relationships with ourselves, others and the world. According to Buddhist traditions, metta was created to defeat demons. As legend has it, a group of monks went on intensive meditation. When they reached the place, everything around them conspired against them: they heard terrible noises, a terrible stench came from everywhere, and evil spirits haunted them. Terrified, they fled the forest and ran to the Buddha for advice. He taught them loving-kindness meditation and ordered them to return to the forest clearing and practice intense metta. So they did. Soon the ghosts stopped bothering the monks, harmony and peace reigned, and the monks meditated in the forest for a long time in perfect harmony with the demons. Scientific research shows that group Metta meditation has a beneficial effect not only on the meditators but also on those around them. Loving kindness spills out to all the people we interact with. On Friday and Saturday, together we can fill the entire Wilde Love festival with loving kindness!
